Waited 3-5 minutes in bay for contact from a service writer, with none. An unknown male employee in mechanic uniform exited the office area, and immediately observed me, and asked if I'd been helped, which I replied "no". The employee immediately asked me what I needed, and told me he would take care of me, and showed me to the waiting area.

The employees stayed late and got us into our dream car! So great!
