Service staff (Brian) did a great job at check-in and at the completion of the work. However the shop staff again did a poor job. They rotated the tires but failed to adjust the tire pressure to reflect the rotation - front tires at 33 psi and rear tires at 36 psi which is the pressure they were at when the vehicle was brought in for service. The tires, after rotation, were 36 in front, 33 in back. This is the third time this has happened and it appears that remedial training is required so that your shop technicians will do the job correctly. Also, minor point, but the new next service reminder sticker was laying on the dashboard when I got in the vehicle. Shoddy work.
