Honestly, at first I was very unhappy. I was told 2 days initially, then my service agent says possible 3-5 days. Then it was $180 just to have someone troubleshoot it. I was not happy nor confident. But 2 days later, as scheduled Mike called and said, my Jeep was good to go. They covered my 2 out of my 3 issues under the extended warranty. And the price came down significantly! Thank you for going out of your way to make me happy.

I had a good experience at Larry Miller today, I brought my car in for oil, change, tire rotation, etc. but my biggest concern is I do not think my car was washed. That really concerns me. I was told when I checked in by Troy it would get washed.

I didn't visit, but called and connected with Jurmaine Easter. I have the vehicle yet but will send you a picture. Jermaine found me a beautiful truck, provided me two videos of two different trucks and I was able to make my purchase.
