Don’t send the text out telling people they can communicate through that and then never respond to one of the five messages I sent. It just makes people mad. When people call and leave a message, return their call. Communication communication communication, it’s what people want! For as the work done it appears to be working fine: So five stars to the people that actually did the repair.
