Oil change

Bryan Rivas was amazing. He answered all my questions and provided me all the information I asked for. He did with a positive attitude and a smile.

Always Great service at this location 😃

Always a good experience.

Disappointed that my extended warranty did not cover the repairs. Not the fault of LHM. Happy with repair.

Excellent service and even washed the Jeep for free! My service advisor, Tom Called me to keep me informed about the progress without my having to call and follow up!

Quick professional and friendly

My service advisor, Jordan was great.I shouldn’t have to leave my Jeep there for a few days just to see if there is an update for the radio. What makes it worse is they wouldn’t give me a loaner while they lollygag trying to fix my in car wifi. I wonder what they would do if I actually had an issue that would make the Jeep un-drivable. I hope that they would get me a loaner as it’s our only vehicle…and let’s be real it’s a Jeep and it will have problems.

My Service Advisor “Troy Carlson” was AMAZING. He is a real asset to your company.

Truck maintenance was completed quickly and great customer service
