My service advisor, Jordan was great.I shouldn’t have to leave my Jeep there for a few days just to see if there is an update for the radio. What makes it worse is they wouldn’t give me a loaner while they lollygag trying to fix my in car wifi. I wonder what they would do if I actually had an issue that would make the Jeep un-drivable. I hope that they would get me a loaner as it’s our only vehicle…and let’s be real it’s a Jeep and it will have problems.
