I just wanted to say a special thanks to Jordan for getting me in this morning for an oil change and rotation. I didn't have an appointment but he made it happen all the same. Was able to bring in my Jeep for a front wobble. Service let me know what it could be. Said they would look at it and call with what needed to be done. I got a call a few hours later saying it was all taken care of and I can pick up.

Great, friendly staff. I had a known issue with the truck uconnect error message. service took a while for ram to get a fix but the dealership handled it to the best of their ability. While the fix hasn't been long enough to truly verify, the tech did discover a loose connection. Truck had an alignment as well. Non-issue on that front. I appreciate the updated service app letting us know status of the vehicle. Only concern I have is when a vehicle is dropped off under a known time frame ( scheduled and discussed beforehand) the expectation is that staff are on hand who can do the work while vehicle is down. To drop a vehicle off and then schedule logistics is not very time efficient or effective to the customer.

TJ was polite and gave me updates of what was going on. It took a few days for a tech to look at my vehicle, but they got it fixed.
