My service guy Kyle was fantastic. Had a fairly big job. The motor mounts had to be replaced. We were upset that my warranty was not going to pay the 1200 dollar bill. Kyle knew we were upset but explained to us why. Service department has always been very helpful. Can't say that for the sales staff.
