Excellent! Had a Check Engine light and diagnostic code on way back from Las Vegas. Called TJ and he not only remembered me but reassuringly said “bring it to us!” He arranged a shuttle and rental (Minivan) to accommodate our three toddler seats. Within 24hrs the issue was resolved, the related components got an update and they pressure tested the Intercooler pump just to be sure. Also road tested it and TJ asked (and I happily agreed!) to drive it home for the night to ensure the concern was rectified but also not problematic (during morning cold start too). I love this service department team and TJ is customer centric and made my transport during this service- seamless!!
