Scheduled appointment Oil change performed in reasonable time. Much sooner than quoted 1.5 hour. Asked about appointment to fix sun roof that doesn't do anything other than stay closed on 2021 Grand Cherokee. I was told they need to keep it for four days just to determine cause. Ridiculous!

I came in to get car battery replace and end up buying new tires as well. Troy was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Bryan, the service representative, was great. He explained in detail regarding the safety recall. He was honest in saying it could take over a day, because of the detailed inspection of the airbags. He kept me informed through text. The technician who serviced my truck, did so with respect & completion.

2.5 hours to wait for an oil change is too long. I appreciate it having comped in the end though.

Everyone who assisted me from the sales agent to the finance person to the person who delivered my new vehicle were the best . They totally went above and beyond. Not only by finding an amazing deal but bringing my new car all the way to Florence

Chris is an amazing employee and really took care of me. From the time I got there to the time I picked up my car. Kept me in the loop, and I am truly happy with his customer service.
