Every employee I have encountered at the dealership has always been very respectful and does a fantastic job on the service I get done there. The day of my service I was greeted by Troy who was very upbeat and respectful. He actively listened to me as I was explaining the things I wanted done on my vehicle.Troy assured me the truck was in good hands. I knew it was. Jeremy is the one who worked on the vehicle and it is running beautifully. Very grateful for Troy and Jeremy’s hard work.

It just took way too long. Everyone was so kind but it took 2 hours and 49 minutes to change the oil and rotate my tires. And I did not get it washed. Josh Reeves did clean off rubber from tire that hit the side of my car and I appreciate that.

3 to 5 days before vehicle is looked at, not crazy about that. But I do get it. The times we are living in. Aside from that. Tom was awesome. He kept me updated on the diagnosis and the repair process. Thank you Tom.

I brought my Jeep in to check the air conditioning. It’s blowing hot. The mechanics were really backed up so I called Kyle and will bring it in next weekend Kyle was great and has wonderful customer service skills.
