Our experience with your sales person, Blake was the best experience with buying a car. He was high energy and no "Bull-Shit" agent for you company. By far the best car salesmen we have ever come across. Your finance person was also great and very personable. We almost didn't come to your facility because of the bad experience we had at your Avondale location. Obviously, the different Larry H. Miller locations are VERY different. Thought I had an appointment. I received a call from a woman saying I was due for an oil change. Turns out they had no record of it but proceeded to service my car. I waited 2 hours. There were customers who had Legitimate appointments getting very frustrated. One man had been there 3 hours. I had to return to service because my tire pressure went down in all 4 tires and one of the. Air pressure caps was missing.

Greg and Edgar were great! Even, Eric and Tyler. Everything went smoothly and I didn't feel pressured. They understood the situation I was in and made things happen. Steve in finance was also great.
