I like the service most dealers give you an appointment and they still take over 2 1/2 hour to get the oil chande

Great communication throughout entire process. My truck was also ready much earlier than anticipated. I was also warned the service department was behind and to expect a delay in my truck being serviced, which I was grateful to be told prior to scheduling. I also have an issue with my alarm that for 2 years I was told was normal. Michael was the first person to tell me how to address getting it fixed. Everyone was also nice, as always.

A recall on my Jeep…. Thus recall was a minimum of being w out a vehicle for 2 days!
