I really like my service advisor TJ. Truthfully he’s the only reason I still bring my car in for service. I hate that your waiting area always has boring rerun sports playing on the tvs. No one is ever watching it so why not put something interesting on? Thus is the probably one of the worst waiting areas I’ve ever been to.

We have bought several vehicles from his dealership. Everything is always good and 100% pleasant. The snacks in the service room waiting area are also a plus for customer retention. The only disappointment we experienced this time was after buying a $60,000 Durango , we we're told a 3-day quote for diagnostic . which I understand you're overwhelmed with vehicles and there is a shortage of Labor sometimes. But what I suggested was instead of telling customers you can't get a loaner vehicle, you put their name on a waiting list so when a loaner vehicle comes back they can bring their vehicle in for service and get a loaner vehicle that way. So they did put our name down and called us when a loaner vehicle became available . we got our vehicle fixed and we're always happy with going to this dealer. they do a great job in particular than all the rest of the major dealers !! On a side note if you're giving away a hellcat Durango anytime soon put me on the I will take it list .

I messed up and was a week early for my appt but the guys got me in anyway & got me out in time for my second appt of the day. They have always taken good care of me.
