Justin was amazing when we arrived for an oil change and showed concern with issues we discussed, as well as receiving assistance from Josh Reeves. I thought I scheduled my oil change at the correct dealership and Justin explained kindly and respectfully I scheduled the appointment at the wrong facility. Justin was kind enough to take my car without a schedule appointment for maintenance. Justin also stated "it happens and it's ok" I was embarrassed and I am not an early morning individual; yet he never lost his professionalism or demeanor and I am grateful for that phenomenal customer service and support.

I have an extended warranty and the auto on/off sensor function isn’t working and I was told it wasn’t covered. I picked up my Jeep and was heading down the 303 and my hood hadn’t been locked on one side so that was scary going down the highway.
