Express Oil Change took only an hour...when it was done, I had to chase down the Service Rep (Ivan) to finish paperwork and get my keys. Your Service Dept is extremely busy, not sure if you need a bigger shop, or more mechanics. I has the first appointment at 7am, if it would have been later, I probably would have left it for the day. You really need to look at how busy they are (which is good for you) but since a lot of Service is Express Oil Changes, you need to add another lane or hire more Techs...Thank You...
