I first communicated with the Larry Miller staff through an inquiry about a used BMW trade-in I had found online. Vince immediately got in touch with me to give me the status of the vehicle and let me know. The car was not quite ready for sale, and then kept me updated of his status regularly over the next two weeks. The sales manager Tyler also called twice to provide a more detailed description of the repairs that were being made. Since I was coming from San Diego to pick up the car and couldn’t lay eyes on it myself, they went out of their way to send pictures,” and keep me informed, which gave me confidence they would deliver a vehicle in great condition as promised. When I did finally fly out to purchase the car, they once again went out of their way to pick me up, drive me to the dealership, and make the entire transaction pleasant and pain-free. Joff even kept me smiling and laughing through the financial and warranty sales process. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this dealership and its staff.
