I purchased a jeep from the jeep website. I received a follow up call from Edwin Moreno from Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson. He was outstanding with placing the order and taking deposit and upon delivery was very knowledgeable in telling me about all the features that came with my Wrangler. 11/10 would do it again!

Oil change. If I'd been waiting there, I would've said it took longer than an oil change should take. But since I'd left, it was ok. Everyone was friendly and helpful with my questions.

Was made very comfortable from the time I came in until the deal was completed However the treatment after the deal was made, is very rude, have made several calls to the finance person never was I able to talk with him as I did have a concern with the contract my calls were not returned nor answered. Will now reach out to someone else. Don’t feel I could honestly recommend your dealership for any type of purchases. I also inquired about an item from your parts department, was told it would be ordered and I could pay for it when it arrives, only to be called days later that I had to come in order it again then pay for it. Your parts person should know his product and policies that apply to purchase it.
