I had made an appointment for an oil change but it did not appear in LHM computer system. Josh Harris was very gracious and worked me into the schedule. The work was finished in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. I must have missed the Uber driver because I never saw him or received a text telling me he was waiting. Josh checked on the status of my Jeep and since it would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes, I decided to wait. Therefore the Uber was cancelled.
