My Chrysler 300 S needed to have the battery checked. A replacement was deemed necessary. Ruben at the 22nd St., Larry Miller location was the person who helped me this time and for a previous routine oil change several months prior.In both instances, Ruben was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and explaining to me what had been done. He is definitely an asset to that staff, and should be commended by his superiors for his work ethic and customer service.
