Service Rep., Michael, had received my on-line reservation and began to find out what I needed...a "trip check"! He initially thought they might need to keep my truck overnight and contacted an Uber driver. The driver came quickly and was very nice! Michael called stating an "air filter" was needed and I authorized that and he stated it would be ready around 4pm. It was ready and clean Great service!

All was good.
