They seem to not have their system linked between those that make the appointments and the service writers. Made my appointment 3 weeks prior and when I dropped my vehicle off they wanted to know if could leave for a week or two until they could get it. What? Had an appointment for 3 weeks. They had mentioned the tech took it for test,and everything was fine. Might want to ask the tech how he could tell with the stereo turned up and the ac on high. That's how it left when I picked up my vehicle. Everything was turned off when I dropped off the vehicle. Hopefully the tech is correct and the transmission is fine.
