Forgot to reset the gage for the oil change!

Regular maintenance and a couple of other things. Other things are supposedly normal. Got a text saying I could text for assistance, but that didn't work and no one told us the car was done so we had to adjust our schedule for the day, but wouldn't have needed to if someone told us the car was done sooner. Better customer communication might make a difference.

I have to say this Gentlemen that helped me an the one next to him, were Amazing.....It was my first time thier an they acted like they knew me for ever......THAT WAS AWESOMENESS!!!

The service was excellent. Ruben helped out regarding with the questions I had. No BS and down to earth service.

Everything was completed and I appreciated the ride from and to the dealership.

The service advisor I've been working with Reuben has been amazing. As much as I'm disappointed in the vehicle problem on my brand new vehicle he is making up for it in personality.

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation
