I experienced one negative and that was not being told clearly what the final price would be. I don’t appreciate paying the high dealer prices and then having a $50 shop supply added on in the end.

Taeylor was very professional and empathetic with our needs for repairs to our jeep. He demonstrated a passionate courteous service and advised us issues found on inspection. He qas knowledgeable of the jeep product and appeared to have a wealth of information with regards to our issues. He is an asset to this dealership!
