Great experience, great customer service all the people involved were top notch. However I was a bit disappointed that the dealership was unable to work with me on the total price. I went in with a number in mind and they were unable to meet me there.

Car was done sooner than promised

I went in there for an oil change I had an appointment at 9:00 in the morning I did not receive my car back till about 12:45 I don't understand the point of making an appointment if it's going to take that long. The staff is always been friendly and very informative

I came into the Service Dept quite upset after the frustrating phone experience I'd just had trying to reach someone in Service. I met Josh Harris and embarrassingly, I was quite short with him. With complete professionalism and patience, he listened to my problem, found a way to get my vehicle looked at rather quickly, and had it repaired in less than an hour. I was so humbled, grateful, and appreciative by.Josh's kindness and understanding. He is definitely an asset to the Service Dept and I look forward to seeing him again at my next appointment.
