Car was done sooner than promised

I went in there for an oil change I had an appointment at 9:00 in the morning I did not receive my car back till about 12:45 I don't understand the point of making an appointment if it's going to take that long. The staff is always been friendly and very informative

I came into the Service Dept quite upset after the frustrating phone experience I'd just had trying to reach someone in Service. I met Josh Harris and embarrassingly, I was quite short with him. With complete professionalism and patience, he listened to my problem, found a way to get my vehicle looked at rather quickly, and had it repaired in less than an hour. I was so humbled, grateful, and appreciative by.Josh's kindness and understanding. He is definitely an asset to the Service Dept and I look forward to seeing him again at my next appointment. Called and asked for quickest appointment available for oil change and was set for the very next day! Awesome! Got to dealership and was greeted right away and was set to go on a short amount of time. I even had my brake fluid flushed too.
