All friendly professional. If you have an appointment don’t think the waiting time should be 2 to 3 hrs. My appointment wait was 3 1/2 hrs. I waited the last 1 1/2. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Chrysler and a true customer.

After considering several makes and models, we finally decided on a Chrysler Pacifica and found what we wanted at Larry H Miller Chrysler dealership in Tucson. Sales associate Edwin Moreno was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful (plus patient!). The purchasing process went fairly quickly, although I didn’t think I was given enough for my trade-in — but isn’t that always the case?! Edwin spent adequate time explaining all the (far too many) things I needed to know about the tech and electronics on the new van. All-in-all, a good experience.
