The item needing service was not originally diagnosed, even thought I told the advisor that I had an error message telling me to "Service the air suspension system immediately."

I went on line to set up service appointment. Set for 2.PM.they didn't have my appointment. Pulled out email showed them still there was a wait the guys were good got me out with in 2 and 1/2 hours...Guys were great got me out before 4:00...system on line seems jacked up. Oh and didn't seethe free car wash on new 165.00 dollar plan?...... Again front desk was super great and checked in several times with me.

Safety recall inspection took about 7 hours.

Vincent was great! Took the time for a test drive, explained everything in detail. I'm very skeptical of dealerships but it was fine. I feel like I am always being taken advantage of but again Vimcent knows what he is doing.
