When I had arrived they could not find my appointment. This was because my case was a little unique in that they had rushed to try and get me in after the Thanksgiving holiday. I had also forgotten the name of the person I had spoke to when I had setup the appointment. After a little bit of searching and explaining on my part about what happened they fit me in. They were very courteous and polite and extremely helpful in getting my car in for service ( they had to replace two cracked engine mounts found during their inspection when I had my oil service completed). They fixed my car same day. I was extremely grateful for them getting the service complete.

My experience was great. My service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. All work was done on time and my vehicle was clean as I left it.
