Experience went good , i like having Donny as my service advisor because he doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need just to make a sell. However i was charged for the conventional oil package but wanted the synthetic one instead

Service writer Scott is the bomb Along with the tech that worked on my truck Wife and I where far from home and my truck blew the rear end out Parts where on back order with no ETA Scott asked the parts department to get the parts and they went Searching and found another dealer that had the parts needed to rebuild the rear end Thank You

I booked an appointment through the email I received but it booked me with the Jeep guys across the street. Scott was awesome to say no problem they could do the minimal work today and schedule the other work on another day.
