Excellent customer service by Junior Rodriguez. Only thing I would recommend would be to offer loaner vehicle sooner. Other than that he is by far the best service writer that I ever had.

Great customer service however I don’t understand how I get my clean truck back dirty with greasy hand prints on the hood, doors and door handles. Plus my kick plate inside the door is atrocious. Seems like this stuff could be avoided.
