Whatever I go into service maintenance it's always Robert Carter who's competent and cares about his customers the other two gentlemen one to the left the right of him would not do anything even if it was a simple oil change it took service manager supervisor to come out of his office and tell them to get off the phone and we have customers to serve I miss that service manager supervisor and every time I go in for service saying two guys look at me like they don't remember but I do and I know they do too

I've have come to know him and appropriate him over the years and I wouldn't take my truck to anyone else but him. I know my truck is in good hands when I leave it with Robert.
