Rec'd by phone text info and video of prewalk around vehicle, photos of needed repair and replacement. Videos like this is excellent to the customer.Getting a pre estimate with cost and being able to approve the work online is most helpful. Though the catalytic converter took time in shipping, Donny sent text on this, the work got done. What I appreciate also is LHM having a service to take customers home and to pick up when it requires the vehicle to stay at the service area for days, especially when this is my only vehicle. Our last four vehicles were bought at LHM Dodge, and we always received good service. Thank you.
