Jacob was great and handled my grumpiness professionally. I wasn’t happy at the start to have my car sit there for two days without even being looked at. I’d rather have made an appointment to bring it in two days later, but all is well that ends well. Service was completed and no issues have been noticed.

Kevin provided great customer service as always. He offered me for the Jeep the oil change special and car wash.
