For the oil change, tire rotation, fluids top off excellent. 5 stars. I also brought it to have engine hesitation looked at... Was told at the appt that would need to be looked at in the other service center which is a week behind. I was told I would leave my car for a week to get that looked at!!!! I said why not make an appt for m on the 8th day then so I could keep my car all week??? I was told you go into a que and leave it there for a week. That is ridiculous!!!!! For that service I give extremely poor!
