I am giving five stars because the company fixed my auto without charge. While I had no issue with the time it took to diagnose and fix the problem, , there was the issue of not receiving timely communication about it.My biggest concern was when I left a text message on Monday 28 to find out what was the problem. After I made several calls to the service department I could not get anyone to talk to me.That upset me because it appeared no one cared enough to speak to me. My service rep was out of office that day so I called the accounting department to express my concern who finally got me to the service director.My rep since then had kept me abreast of the situation.Thank you

My experience was great. My salesman was Tyler Minke and my financial was Rodney Rodriguez. They were nice and funny and easy going. Great experience!!

Was informed of everything that was going to be done and notified before anything out of the scope that I approved was done.

The only thing is that I asked for the tires NOT to be rotated and they did it anyway.
