Pete dropped the ball, not informing Nick of my appointment. I was not on the daily schedule. The trucks left door speaker was to be replaced, plus full service was due. Service was unaware as well as an arrangement for a rental car in anticipation of a two day turnaround.Nick made it all happen and returned my vehicle by days end. I really appreciate the his effort!

I love coming to this place your service manager, John he’s very good at what he does and he cares about his customer. That’s what I like about going here. And I don’t have to wait for such a long time to get my car back. They get their service done quickly and efficiently.
