I was in town from California to pick up my daughter from ASU. We stopped in so I could show her the truck I was buying in Richmond, CA on Sunday! She explained a few things that changed my mind and built so much confidence and trust I decided to purchase here and drive home! She was amazing as well as the GM and everyone else! Upon arrival, my advisor wasn’t available and Pete jumped in and took charge. It is nice to experience customer service as it rarely exists these days. I live in Surprise and go to Peoria LHM for service due to the lack of service at the location here in Surprise. Aaron is my advisor and was out and the 2 took over and went above and beyond my expectations.Thank you so much
