Visit to address 2023 Ram 2500 recall on backup camera. Update completion satisfactory.Recall was confusing. Mailer said it could be completed by owner. Poor instructions. Also said that recall could be searched online with VIN and provided link. Search showed no recall on my vehicle.I also set up my uconnect (has 4G) for wifi updates, but system did not update.Phone app indicated recall update needed, which has not cleared yet.Would you please address the inconsistencies in your recall process. Thank you!!!
