Josh Seyfert is an exceptional service advisor. My truck was out for four months with a transmission issue. Got it back and then had another issue with the transmission. Josh kept me in the loop and educated me about the process and issues going on with my truck. Making things a lot easier to deal with. Not happy about the product that ram Chrysler put out for my year truck and will most likely never bit a ram again. If not for Josh I’d probably already be in another brand vehicle.
