From start to finish the staff was friendly, not pushy. Going through the paperwork was fast and easy to understand. Only thing I disliked was having to wait a little bit for the car to start b/c the battery was dead.

Had a aux pump replaced and there was really no communication or update. When I called to set my appointment I was told it was going to be 2 day before my car was looked at but it ended up being 5. Also my car was pretty dirty when I got it back.
