I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and because they had a rush in the morning with more customers, I had to wait.I feel that since I had an appointment, I should have gone before customers without. It was after noon before my car was ready.

The buying experience was relatively easy and the sales person was helpful. I personally don’t like the salesperson shuffle, talking with one person then getting handed off to someone else then another. I had four total…
