I have had disappointment with other service technicians at the LHM dodge ram Peoria service center, rude and lack of customer service. However, when Nick, the service manager took over and began assisting us on items that were having issues with in our brand new 2023 RAM Rebel, he went beyond to ensure that the items that were malfunctioning were addressed, and fixed. This is our first brand new RAM Rebel, we bought cash and the experience has beendisappointing with all of the issues we’ve been experiencing with the navigation computer, leak in the back window from the third brake light, and horn/key fob /alarm, but Nick has been great to work with to try to get the truck to the standards, RAM markets their trucks to be. Thank you, Nick, for your diligence at getting things addressed and resolved.
