I had an appointment at 10:40 Was told they were 3 hours behind to return at 2:00 pm they would get me in, same thing happened last Monday yes I was pretty upset why bother to make appt ! My car is important to me so I couldn’t go away this week what a long day!!!

Great service. Outstanding courtesy rides

Service was great from time I got there till I left the Service Department of the Dealership. Kevin Morino gave great customer service and went over everything I had called in about recall on rear spoiler and oil change, answered all my questions before I left the dealership.

Showed up for what I thought was recall work and Josh made sure to apologize and explain the misunderstanding very thoroughly. He was then able to pivot my appointment and get me in for an oil change and fuel filters!
