New tires and oil change

Santos was very professional and helpful. I had a 1130 appointment for a oil change. It was after one before they got my vehicle in for service. I can understand a few minutes late. But what's the purpose of making a appointment if it's over a hour and half later. Over all you are great. Thankyou!
