Went in for an oil change

I know how your ratings go but…Fine, long wait for my husband. I think 4 hours. We have never waited for service before, normally I drop car off and go to work and pick up at end of day. , have had excellent customer service with Daniel and Todd. Sorry Mark, wasn’t there, this time, my husband’ was, we don’t have that luxury anymore and you don’t have loaners anymore. This survey does not fit our situation so delete it . It’s kinda ridiculous. Why are you asking me about buying on line when I bought from your lot ??
