Service Advisor Todd Lowe handled the whole situation professionally and in a timely manner. One of our Dodge Caravans in our fleet (University of Arizona) had a misfire on cylinder #2 with very low compression. Mr. Lowe informed us it would be covered under the powertrain warranty and got us our van back ASAP! Could not have asked for a better experience!
