Daniel Dahlman is who I worked with. Any time I take one of our vehicles Daniel is there to meet and greet us and with a smile. He takes the time to go over the work order when I come in and again when the truck is done. Daniel takes care of us like it is his vehicle. He is a great asset to the service department

I took my vehicle in for service, it took about two hours to have my vehicle serviced, after the technician was done with servicing I watched him pull my vehicle out to the parking lot, then the technician came in with the paperwork and dropped it off at the service advisor desk, but the service advisor was not at his desk, so I had to wait another 30 minutes before I could get my vehicle

My advisor was very professional and courteous. He set the expectation of a 2 hour wait time and he met it.

I had an appointment to have my oil changed. Sam was not available and Manny took his place. He kept me informed & was very polite. I was in & out in less than an hour.
