Had my 2020 dodge ram in for service my service advisor was Santos valles, best service advisor yet I told him about issues truck was having and my concerns he got me in a day earlier than expected saving me 2 days of work and got my tow truck done in one day. Happy with my service and I will be asking for him next time I need bring my truck back I would give him 10 stars if it was an option great job Santos you nailed customer service and satisfaction.
