Everything went really well. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

It was great. The process took so long though. We said up front we were paying cash. But we’re still directed to do a financing for your insurance in case we didn’t return with a check. We told everyone we didn’t need to leave with the truck and could just come back the next day. Ultimately we did all that paperwork for nothing and had to leave anyway. Just some confusion would have been much smoother without it. I feel like the urgency to “seal the deal” that day just gets in the way and doesn’t add to a good customer experience.

Chris Dugan our service advisor was very helpful and courteous from the time I dropped off my truck through out the oil change and inspection process. He even went out of his way to make sure I could pick up my truck after the service department had closed. I would definitely recommend his as top notch adviser and technician D. Price. Thanks Guys!
