Our service advisor, Manny, was superb! Very professional and pleasant to work with. He asked what needed to be done & clearly communicated pricing and timeframe. (Manny also gave me a 10% discount when I asked if that would be possible!). He also inquired of his techs as to availability of parts for a couple of recalls on the truck and fit those in as well. Overall the service dept did excellent, thorough and quality work! They got a lot accomplished in six hours, even after I was told they might need the truck an extra day! I appreciated that they accommodated my schedule. Also, it was nice of the company to offer an Uber ride to and from our trailer park. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and will return again if in the area! Kudos to LHM Dodge Ram Tuscon!
