Your staff member(Santos) was excellent. We had been getting the runaround from our local Dodge dealer in Sierra Vista for about 5 weeks. After two appointments that lasted 8 hrs. Each, we didn’t have any answers as to what the problem with our Journey was. After just about 4 hours at your dealership, Santos had the problems diagnosed and had authorization through our extended warranty company for 100% coverage of all the needed repairs( minus our $100.00 deductible). We now are just waiting to hear from you regarding scheduling the repairs once you have the parts in hand.

Daniel Dalman is my service advisor. He always takes time to give me the status of my Ram and how much longer my wait might be. If they find other things on my Ram that is either time to replace or fixed I am informed and asked if I want them to do the work. I always feel confident that when I leave and Daniel gives me the fob that my Ram is safe and ready to go.

I brought my 2020 ram pro master, 3500 in for a recall notice. Santos, who was my service advisor, kept me up-to-date through the entire process, which was very lengthy. While my van was at the dealership, if I called Santos and he didn’t answer right away, he will call me back within five minutes which I thought was very exceptional.

Santos Valles was very efficient and was good follow-up.
